A jewel-saturated voice — deep velvet drapery, single hard spotlight with tight specular sparkle. Vault shoots the late-night collection viewing.
Vault is the late-night collection viewing: deep emerald or wine velvet drapery and a single hard spotlight tuned to a tight specular sparkle. The velvet absorbs stray light so the only thing that glitters is the stone. It is the most jewel-saturated studio in the set, and the closest the app gets to an auction-catalog look.
It is built for diamond-heavy, statement, and high-jewelry pieces. A solitaire reads as a centerpiece here; a tennis bracelet reads as weight; a statement cocktail ring gets the theatrical light it was designed for. The trade-off is that delicate everyday pieces can get lost against the drama. A thin chain or a small stud has more presence in a brighter, simpler studio like Patina or Vellum.
The hard spotlight is the whole point. It rewards faceted stones and high-polish metal that can throw light back, and it flatters cool metals most: platinum, white gold, and polished silver. Warm yellow gold still works, but the saturated velvet does the most for cold, icy pieces. Pair it with a model who holds a colder register and the effect compounds.
Selene carries the cold-luxury end of the cast here, Anya the sharp editorial, and Arjun the richer men's high-jewelry register for signets, heavy chains, and watches. Any of the seventeen house models can be cast into Vault, but the colder faces suit its register best.
