these terms govern your use of bling ai — the ios app (com.blingai.app) and the website at blingai.app. by using bling ai, you agree to these terms.
eligibility
you must be at least 18 years old to use bling ai. if you're using bling ai on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these terms.
your account
you can use bling ai without an account in guest mode, but some features (like saving generations across devices) require an account. you're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
acceptable use
you agree not to:
- upload photos of jewelry that don't belong to you (your inventory) without the rights holder's permission
- use bling ai to misrepresent products you don't actually sell
- use bling ai for any illegal purpose, including counterfeit jewelry sales or trademark infringement
- attempt to extract, reverse-engineer, or copy the underlying ai models
- use the service to generate misleading, defamatory, or rights-violating content
your content
you keep all rights to the photos you upload to bling ai. by uploading, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your photos for the sole purpose of generating the outputs you request. we don't use your photos to train ai models, and we don't share them with third parties beyond the processors listed in our privacy policy.
generated outputs
images and videos that bling ai generates from your source photos are licensed to you for full commercial use. you can use them on etsy listings, instagram, paid ads, your website — anywhere you need to market your jewelry. we don't claim ownership of your outputs.
two caveats worth knowing:
- ai-generated content may not be eligible for copyright registration in some jurisdictions; this is a legal nuance about ai-generated work generally, not specific to bling ai
- the underlying ai model (provided by google) has its own usage terms that flow through to outputs generated using it
subscriptions and billing
paid subscriptions are sold and managed exclusively through apple's app store. when you subscribe:
- billing happens through your apple id
- subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal
- you can cancel anytime from your iphone's settings → app store → subscriptions
- refunds are handled by apple under their refund policy; we don't process refunds directly
free generations may be offered to new users; the number is shown in the app and may change. promotional pricing or trial periods are disclosed at the point of subscription.
termination
you can stop using bling ai and delete your account at any time. we may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. if we terminate your account, any active subscription will continue through the end of the current billing period managed by apple.
disclaimers
bling ai is provided “as is” and “as available”. we don't warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that ai-generated outputs will meet a specific aesthetic or commercial standard. ai is probabilistic — sometimes outputs are great, sometimes you'll want to retry. that's the nature of the medium.
limitation of liability
to the maximum extent permitted by law, bling ai and its officers, employees, and contractors are not liable for:
- indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- lost profits, lost revenue, or lost business opportunities
- damages exceeding the total amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim
governing law
these terms are governed by the laws of the state of california, usa, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in california.
changes to these terms
we may update these terms. when we do, we'll change the “last updated” date at the top and notify you in the app for material changes. continued use after the change date means you accept the new terms.
