what we measure

the four numbers.

  • Listing Score

    The one number. A weighted blend of exposure, focus, background, framing and resolution — how ready this photo is to sell with, not how pretty it is.

  • Light Score

    Polished metal is the hardest thing there is to expose. This measures how much of your piece is blown to pure white or crushed to black, where the detail is gone for good.

  • Piece Coverage

    How much of the frame your jewelry actually fills. Most phone photos put a ring at around 10% — and a marketplace grid then shrinks that to nothing.

  • Concerns

    The specific, fixable things, each with what to do about it. Zero is achievable with a window and a sheet of paper.
